Since 2020 I have been the in-house Photographer for Blenko Glass.
Working as an in-house photographer for Blenko Glass is a unique and fulfilling experience. Blenko Glass is a company that specializes in creating hand-crafted glassware, with a rich history dating back to 1893. As the in-house photographer, I have the honor of capturing the beauty and craftsmanship of each piece of glassware and sharing it with the world.
My Favorite aspect of my job is the opportunity to work closely with the glassblowers. Seeing their creativity and skill firsthand is truly awe-inspiring. Watching them turn a mass of molten glass into a beautiful work of art is truly a privilege. I make sure to capture each step of the process to show the world the dedication and talent that goes into every piece of Blenko Glass.
Being in-house photographer allows me to build a deep understanding of the company’s products and brand. I am constantly learning about the history of Blenko Glass and the unique features of each product line. This knowledge helps me to create images that accurately represent the brand and accurately showcase each product’s unique qualities.
